How many calories are there in a bagel with cream cheese from a bagel store(not a Lender’s bagel)?
I was told that a bagel from a bagel store has 800 calories, the equivalent of 8 slices of bread. That means a bagel with cream cheese has 1000 calories. I can’t believe it’s that high. Ithink it’s about 450 calories. Any nutrition experts who know the exact amount of calories in an Einstein’s bagel with cream cheese.
Stop putting websites on my questions. Just answer the question. Stop hawking your colon cleanse scam. You people are vultures like I’ve never seen before.
According to the Einstein’s website, one plain bagel contains 260 calories and one serving of cream cheese is 70 calories, which makes it only 330 calories per bagel in total.
