Housing Mortgage Loan

Mortgage Loan against the house, which is already in Home Loan?
Hello I have a house that is purchased with the home loan. The loan was Almost 85% of the total value of the home. I have completed two years at EMI. Can I take the Mortgage Loan against that house?
Sounds like I bought two years ago. If this is true it would be better to refinance at current rates. (Depends on whether it was the 85% of then or now). Your home is likely to worth less than it was two years ago. In any case, to refinance the balance (+ just enough) to the current rate.
